Neededuntil Heating & Air is a referral service. Homeowners come to us with heating and cooling problems. We pass their requests to independent providers in our network. If you run your own HVAC business, this may be a way to meet new customers in the Des Moines area.

This page is not about jobs with Neededuntil Heating & Air. We do not hire staff to do repairs. We work with independent businesses only.

Who Fits

We look for local HVAC businesses that handle some or all of these:

• Residential AC repair
• Residential furnace repair
• AC installation and replacement

You should serve homes in or near Des Moines. Homes here include older frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes, many with basements. Experience with them helps.

What We Expect

Homeowners trust you with their homes. We ask that you:

• Hold the licenses and insurance your local rules require
• Explain problems and options in plain words
• Give written quotes before you start work
• Treat each homeowner with respect, with no pressure
• Be honest about your service area and availability
• Make your own promises about price, timing and results, and keep them

You stay independent. You set your own prices, schedule and terms. Neededuntil Heating & Air does not do the work and does not direct it.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@neededuntil.garden. Please include:

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The services you offer
• Proof of your license and insurance, if your area requires it
• The easiest way for homeowners to reach you

We will read your note and reply with next steps. A reply does not mean you are accepted. Providers may pay a referral fee when we connect them with a homeowner. We will explain the terms before you join.
